This is because they redirect our mind away from our daily tasks onto activities that find solace in. Having a hobby also affects our relationship with our family and friends. Additionally, a hobby creates opportunities for students to socialize and improve how they interact with others. The others also come from different backgrounds, with interesting personalities, hence this might open new doors for students to meet new people.
