In the first part of this article, I had spoken about the types of sex toys one can use and indulge in when exploring the wilder side of your sex life. Some pumps are used to treat erectile dysfunction, genital arousal disorder, and orgasm disorder; a nurse or doctor at a health facility near you can tell you more about these pumps. Most pumps sold in sex shops and adult stores, on the other hand, aren’t medical devices; they’re merely meant to make sex and masturbation more pleasurable. The important thing to remember is that you need to stick to the package’s recommendations and don’t pump for any longer than necessary. If you have a blood problem or are using the blood-thinning medication, consult your doctor before using a pump.

Kegel Balls

Kegel balls are toys that you put inside your vaginal canal. They can assist you in performing Kegel muscle toning and strengthening workouts (aka pelvic floor muscles). Weighted kegel balls require you to clench your vagina to keep them inside your body. Some are hollow and contain tiny balls that roll and bounce when you walk, creating a wiggling sensation. These balls aren’t required for Kegel exercises, and not everyone uses them for that purpose; many women simply enjoy the sensations they get inside their vaginas.
