This research is about cashless payment systems. Seeing the use of conventional POS methods, with the flow of visitors ordering food at the waiter or directly ordering at the cashier, then paying for the food they ordered before or after eating the food. This method will make it difficult for customers if the restaurant is busy with customers. There are already several restaurants that implement a distributed POS system that allows customers to order food independently through an electronic device, such as at the Mujigae restaurant which uses a tablet to order food. However, the system still makes it difficult for customers to make payments because customers must still make payments manually to pay for the food they eat. A self-contained point of service system allows customers to control their own actions, such as ordering and paying, without requiring assistance from restaurant staff. This allows restaurant staff to focus more on improving service quality and efficiency, resulting in an overall improvement in the customer experience. The cashless payment system has become popular in Indonesia thanks to the many promotions carried out by electronic money provider companies and what users are offered with cashback if they make payments using the cashless system at outlets that have cooperation with electronic money providers.

The standalone point of sales system application was developed using Xamarin. Forms and has seven features. The features developed in the application are:

• View and order feature from the menu: Customers can view the available menus in the application and then select the menu to order.
• Feature to choose a table number: If the customer chooses to eat on the spot, then the customer can choose the table number available on the application.
• Payment feature by GO-PAY or OVO: After making an order, the customer can pay for the order using OVO or GO-PAY.
• Order number feature: After making a payment, the customer will get an order number that can be used to pick up the order.
• Features to view orders: Restaurant staff can view orders made by customers after the customer pays for the order on the application.
• Features to view menu stock: Restaurant staff can see the amount of stock from an existing menu and can deactivate the menu if it is no longer available.
• Customer verification feature: Restaurant staff can perform customer verification when a customer picks up their order by using the order number.

This standalone POS system is more efficient when compared to conventional POS systems because it does not require human labor as cashier staff to operate it, then cashless payments have several advantages when compared to cash payments, namely providing flexibility, convenience, and eliminating security risks when carrying large amounts of cash directly.
